Ipperwash Beach Cottage

This cottage is a fully furnished 3-bedroom cottage in the Ipperwash Beach Community. It has great quality beds - queen, double, single beds and a double futon. There are two screened in porches, one that doubles as a fourth bedroom/sitting room. The cottage has a gas and wood stove, new fridge, convection microwave oven, washer and dryer. The landscape of the cottage lot is a beautiful treed yard with large pine trees. It provides for lots of privacy; the backyard has a fire pit, horseshoes, basketball net and hammocks.

The cottage is located in South Western Ontario, a ten-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Ontario. It is an hour from London and thirty minutes from Sarnia, Ontario.

This area is known for swimming, picnicking, and exploring the sand dunes. It is a year round tourist area with flea and antique markets, artisans/crafters and pottery shops, cross country ski and snow machine trails, bird watching, swimming, canoeing/kayaking, sailing and power boating, fishing, swimming at Rock Glen under the waterfalls, golfing, cycling, hiking trails, etc.. The owner is an avid golfer; there are several courses to choose. The local communities in the area are Grand Bend, Pinery Provincial Park, Port Franks, Kettle Point and Forest. Each of these communities offers great restaurants, winter, summer, spring and fall festivals and many other activities.

$800.00 per week or $600.00 from Sunday afternoon until Friday. .
