Prutton’s Place on Cumming Lake Prutton's place is situated on a very private 2 acre wooded lot over looking Cumming Lake and Rock Candy Mountain. The owners, Jim and Jane Prutton, reside in Texas and are now making their cottage available for seasonal renters. This was the family fishing camp until recently when Jim and Jane undertook the remodeling and adding an addition to the cottage. There are two bedrooms which consists of either one king size bed or two twin beds. The master bedroom is extremely large with a deck overlooking the lake. The living room has a stone fireplace, a sectional couch, TV and a doorway onto one of the decks. The kitchen comes complete with new cabinets, a stove, fridge, microwave, washer and dryer. There is also another deck off the kitchen area overlooking the lake. The interior of the cottage is tongue and groove pine; ceiling, walls and floors. The washroom consists of a new shower, toilet and sink. The lake is great for swimming, fishing or boating. A perfect location for those romantic get a ways or for a small family. It is just a few doors away from my main place at Mountain View.
